Board is looking for an analytical **Treasury Manager** to join our Finance team in our Chiasso HQ.
Reporting to the CFO, you’ll ensure efficient day-to-day activities in treasury functions to meet the financial obligations of the organization and be responsible for Cash Management, FX dealing, Cash forecasting and Treasury Projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform treasury activities related to cash flow, borrowings, debt, and capital management
- Analyze and perform appropriate hedging and funding activities (Forex, swaps, loans, deposits, etc.)
- Allocate cash balances, maintain investment records, and prepare expense and earning forecasts.
- Manage treasury operations and controls (cash pooling/sweeping, forex hedging, etc.)
- Work closely with the business to minimize financial risk, review funding needs and report all treasury activities to senior management
- Ensure policies and procedures meet the organization's objectives, needs, and regulatory body requirements.
- Manage banking relationships

**Requirements**:

- Academic background in Finance, Law, Economics or a similar area.
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in an international, dynamic environment
- Solid background in managing the treasury function as well as experience in treasury accounting including FX, liquidity, cash flow and various financial instruments.
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with different internal and external stakeholders
