On behalf of our esteemed client, we are recruiting the following profile:
**FOREIGN COMPANIES ASSISTANT**
- **Duties and Responsibilities**:_
- Assuring corporate governance and maintenance for assigned subsidiaries (various jurisdictions) and statutory documentation, such as amendments to constitutional documents, minute excerpts and various required registrations as well as bookkeeping
- Drafting board and shareholders’ documents, meeting minutes and assisting with meeting scheduling and logistics on an as-needed basis
- Comply with Anti-Money Laundering and Know-Your
- Customer requests and requirements
- Collaborate on special projects such as merger and acquisitions, etc.
- **Requirements**:_
- At least 3-4 years of previous experience in **foreign companies’ constitution** and **local jurisdictions compliance**
- Fluent knowledge of Italian and English
- Strong organizational skills, proactiveness and confidentiality complete the ideal profile

**Workplace: Lugano**
