**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Selbstständige Betreuung des Kundenportfolios inkl. Verantwortung für das qualitative und betriebswirtschaftliche Ergebnis
- Führen von Branding-Projekten sowie umfassenden, integrierten und kanalübergreifenden Kommunikationsprojekten für unsere Kunden
- Steuerung der kundenbezogenen Marken
- und Kommunikationsprojekte in Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Strategie
- Planung und Überwachung des Kosten
- und Zeitmanagements sowie des kundenbezogenen Controllings
- Pflege der bestehenden Kundenbeziehungen und Mithilfe bei der Erschliessung neuer Projekte
- Führen von mehreren Account Managern auf verschiedenen Stufen und Begleitung ihrer gezielten Aus
- und Weiterbildung

**Dein Profil**:

- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Kommunikations
- und/oder Branding-Agentur in leitender Funktion
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse von strategischen und taktischen Marketing
- und Kommunikationsmassnahmen über alle Kanäle
- Erfahung in der strategischen Markenbeurteilung und -beratung sowie fundiertes Projektmanagement Know-how
- Gute Kenntnisse der Bereiche Strategie, klassische und digitale Kommunikation sowie Content-Management
- Ausgewiesene Führungserfahrung und Motivationsfähigkeiten
- Strategisches und analytisches Denkvermögen sowie ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und Hands-on Mentalität
