We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a ServiceNow Platform Intern / Working Student. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform while working in various roles and focusing on business analysis, technical specification writing, training material development, and more.

As an Intern / Working Student, you will actively contribute to the implementation of new features, assist project, and take ownership of critical aspects including automated test frameworks, translations, and localization of platform content, knowledge management, design and functionality elements, and more.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with project and product managers to understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements for the ServiceNow platform.
- Assist in writing technical specifications and documentation to guide development efforts and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive training materials and conduct training sessions to enable users to effectively utilize the ServiceNow platform.
- Take ownership of the automated test framework, ensuring thorough testing of new features and functionality. Drive knowledge management framework implementation.
- Contribute to the localization and translation efforts of platform content to support global users and stakeholders.
- Actively participate in meetings, workshops, and agile ceremonies to provide insights and recommendations for platform enhancements.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay abreast of ServiceNow platform updates, best practices, and industry trends.

**Qualifications** Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program or recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Interest in IT Service Management, Business Analyst or Project Manager roles, and enterprise software platforms, particularly ServiceNow.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude towards learning and self-improvement, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts is a plus.
- Prior experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms is advantageous but not required.
