Job Description:
Votre mission:
Maintenir et garantir la fonctionnalité des lignes de production en suivant les bonnes pratiques de fabrication et les procédures en vigueur.

Vos taches principales:
- Effectuer la préparation et l'exécution de la maintenance préventive et exécuter la maintenance corrective en tant que technicien de maintenance des équipements de manufacturing et packaging- Proposer et réaliser des améliorations techniques en partenariat avec les services supports- Participer au projets (nouveaux équipements, modifications )- Former le personnel de production à l’utilisation des équipements et des actions d’auto-maintenance- Créer ou mettre à jour les SOP de maintenance préventive, les plans machine et gérer les rapports qualité- Piloter et gérer les prestations de sociétés extérieures dans son périmètre- Respecter et diriger le respect des règles de sécurité- Être force de proposition sur l’amélioration continue

Expérience et compétences requises:
- CFC, ET ou BTS / diplôme d'ingénieur en mécanique- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie pharmaceutique / agroalimentaire / chimique / cosmétique- Français : bonnes connaissances écrites et parlées- Anglais : connaissances techniques exigées- Connaissances en électriques, mécaniques, pneumatiques et hydrauliques (transport fluides / air)- Connaissance SAP un atout- Orienté esprit d’équipe- Être flexible- Assurer un travail en shift de semaine en 3x8- Possibilité de rédiger des rapports et de donner des informations- Autonomie, capable de prendre des initiatives et de proposer des améliorations
