- Nous recherchons dès que possible un(e) Manufacturing Manager pour un contrat initial de 1 an pour notre site au Locle. Les domaines de responsabilité incluent:
- Responsabilités
- Se conformer et assure le respect des réglementations EHS et de la qualité.
- Superviser le département de production, y compris la ligne d'assemblage, la stérilisation et l'emballage final.
- Gèrer une équipe de 5 personnes directes et environ 120 personnes de production indirectes.
- Gèrer les ressources disponibles pour obtenir un fonctionnement fiable, efficace et productif.
- Veiller à ce que les objectifs de fabrication quotidiens, à court et à long terme soient atteints et décide des ajustements nécessaires.
- Assurer le respect des règles et réglementations de l'entreprise et du groupe.
- Recruter et forme de nouveaux membres du personnel.
- Présenter des rapports à la direction supérieure.
- Soutient et facilite le lancement de nouveaux produits pour assurer une mise en œuvre réussie.
- Favoriser le travail d'équipe et soutient la participation totale des associés.
- Assister le responsable du département dans le développement du parcours professionnel des chefs d'équipe.
- Assister le responsable du département dans la préparation des évaluations de performance/potentiel pour les chefs d'équipe.
- Assister le responsable du département dans la préparation du budget annuel du département.
- Développer et met en œuvre de nouvelles idées axées sur l'amélioration continue des processus, la maîtrise des coûts et l'efficacité.
- Faire preuve de leadership pour la conformité aux BPF, à l'ISO, aux réglementations de sécurité/OSHA et environnementales, ainsi que pour les bonnes pratiques en matière de propreté et d'ergonomie de l'entreprise.
- Former et encadre les collaborateurs directs.
- Agir en tant que ressource précieuse dans le développement des initiatives de fabrication de classe mondiale.
- Participer activement et aide à mettre en œuvre des projets, programmes, formations et autres initiatives de l'entreprise.
- Diriger le déploiement des activités Lean.
- Gèrer les Ordres de Changement, les Non-Conformités et les Actions Correctives et Préventives.
- Votre Profil
- Master en ingénierie, ou équivalent, requis.
- Expérience antérieure en leadership de personnes requise.
- Excellente communication écrite et orale en anglais et en français requise.
- Connaissance des outils Lean (Poka-Yoke, VSM, Travail standardisé, 5S, etc.) requise.
- Expérience dans un environnement de Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (BPF) actuelles préférée.
- Formation / Compétences : diplôme en technique, ingénierie ou commerce.
- Parcours éprouvé en leadership, développement et collaboration avec les personnes.
- Grande sensibilisation aux principales réglementations de conformité et de sécurité.
- Connaissance ou qualifications en gestion de la qualité, principes Lean et 6 sigma avantageuses.
- Faire preuve d'exceptionnelles compétences organisationnelles.
