**Your role**
- Do you have a knack for analyzing business processes? Can you be a convincing and trusted advisor? Are you independent and self-driven?
- We’re looking for someone like that who can help us:
- define enterprise process management methods, standards and templates
- promote best practice in process management within your network of internal clients
- provide training on process management methods, standards and tools
- support quality control and project management

**Your team**
- You’ll be working within a global (currently 4 cities, 2 continents), team of Business & Process Architects, constituting the company-wide Process Architect Center of Excellence.
- Our role is to be trusted experts, developing and teaching standards in process management to colleagues from a wide spectrum of teams and across all seniority levels. You’ll be based in Zurich and provide support throughout the EMEA and US region, where we are currently not present, to business management units reporting to COOs, strategic change initiatives, regulatory project teams and IT experts.

**Your expertise**
- You have:
- more than 5 years of experience in process management, process modelling or process architecture
- experience with or interest in process standards and process management tools (specifically ARIS)
- knowledge of how to develop robust solutions, familiar with industry standard process management, improvement or design methodologies, (i.e. BPMN, ideally Lean Six Sigma)
- the proven ability to handle multiple projects and manage conflicting priorities
- great networking and convincing skills
- experience in conveying complex ideas in a simple form, orally and in writing
- a pro-active attitude (you are always brimming with ideas)

You are:
- a strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with and constructively challenging colleagues at all levels of seniority
- passionate about the banking business front-to-back
- capable to work in consulting-type environment
- fluent in English; any additional language is an asset
