Description du poste
Votre mission principale sera d'être le premier point de contact pour nos clients et contacts externes pour les demandes provenant de la zone Europe et de la Suisse, dans ce cadre-là vous allez:
Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et aux correspondances de nos clients à travers l'Europe et la Suisse - ceci représente 80 à 90% du poste;
Soutenir notre réseau de boutiques en répondant aux demandes d'information générales sur les produits ;
Accueillir nos clients dans notre Salon dédié ;
Enregistrer et transférer aux ateliers du Service Client de nos pièces lors de leur réception ;
Commander, réceptionner et facturer les commandes de pièces ;
Gérer le flux informatique des demandes de composants (bracelets, maillons, etc) provenant d'un client accueilli dans notre Salon.
Description du profil
Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire, préférablement dans le domaine de l'hospitalité ou du retail de luxe ;
Vous avez un excellent niveau écrit et parlé en français, d'anglais et d'allemand, avec comme atout l'italien ou l'espagnol ;
Vous maitrisez les outils informatique tels qu'un CRM, un ERP et Microsoft Office.
Vous avez un excellent relationnel avec une forte orientation client;
Vous êtes reconnu pour votre patience, votre polyvalence, votre efficacité et votre sens de l'organisation.
