Stellenbeschreibung
- In der Position des “Complaint Handling Assistant” für Medizinprodukte sind Sie verantwortlich für die kontrollierte Annahme, Aufnahme, Registrierung, Bewertung und den ersten Funktionstest der betroffenen Produkte.
- Im Rahmen der beschriebenen Aufgaben, sind Sie des weiteren Verantwortlich für die Erstellung der benötigen Complaint Reports. Diese Reports müssen in Englisch erstellt werden.
- As Teil des Quality Teams und im Rahmen oben genannten Aufgaben, werden Sie viel mit weiteren Abteilungen innerhalb der Sensile Medical AG zusammenarbeiten (z.B. Forschung und Entwicklung, Produkt Management )
- Sie müssen die von Ihnen gesammelten Informationen verwalten und regulär an verschiedenen Stellen intern wie auch extern berichten.

Qualifikationen
- Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem technischen Bereich oder alternativ haben Sie Ihre technische Ausbildung abgeschlossen und bereits erste Berufserfahrung in einem regulierten Umfeld gesammelt.
- Sie haben eine ausgeprägte Leidenschaft für technische Sachverhalte und arbeiten gerne selbstständig, aber auch in interdisziplinären Teams.
- Deutsch in Wort und Schrift ist eine selbstverständliche Voraussetzung, gutes schriftliches Englisch rundet Ihr Profil ab.
- Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office werden ebenso vorausgesetzt wie eine Affinität zu digitalen Prozessen und dem Umgang mit unterschiedlicher Software.
- In dieser Position sind Kenntnisse der ISO 13485 und/oder GMP-Vorschriften von Vorteil
- Analytisches Denken, proaktiv, akribisch und selbstständig
