**The main tasks and responsibilities**- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management/stakeholders and document project plans and communication documents
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team member/stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
- Identify the participants/resources needed to achieve project goals and assemble project teams
- Plan, schedule, and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using appropriate tools
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
- Collaborate with other teams including Finance, Financial Governance and Assurance and Business Change teams
- Assist the enhancement and evolution of the trading internal control environment.
- Participate in non-Marketing Finance initiated projects/programmes.-
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration
- General project management skills including planning and tracking, time and task management, risk and issue management, stakeholder engagement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of the business
- Excellent influencing, leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Team player and collaborates well with others
- Delivery and (internal) customer focused i.e. deliver every time to high standards - time, quality, efficiency, and value
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience of working in a commodity trading and/or investment bank/financial institution environment
- Experience in project management in agile environments, with geographically dispersed teams
- Skilled user of MS Project and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
