**Corporate Communications Manager***:

**Das bewirken Sie bei uns**:

- Gesamtverantwortung für den Bereich Corporate Communications
- Professionelle kommunikative Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen
- Unterstützung des CEO’s bei der Abwicklung von anspruchsvollen Projekten
- Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung des internen Kommunikationskonzeptes und Umsetzung interner Kommunikationsmassnahmen
- Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Optimierung von Unternehmensabläufen
- Koordination des Redaktionsteams der Mitarbeitendenzeitung „CUBE“ sowie Mitarbeit an deren Inhalten
- Unterstützung bei der inhaltlichen und organisatorischen Vor
- und Nachbereitung von Meetings und Tagungen

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Eine fundierte Ausbildung im Bereich Kommunikation (z.B. Bachelor/Master im Bereich Kommunikation/Wirtschaft)
- mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle (Konzernerfahrung erwünscht)
- Ausgeprägte Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Change-Prozessen
- Verhandlungssicherer Umgang in Deutsch und Englisch
- Freude und Neugier an Optimierung, Digitalisierung und stetiger Veränderung
