Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Application Customization & Integration Expert. You will play a crucial role in customizing and integrating application systems to optimize our internal processes.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customize and configure application systems to align with our internal processes and requirements.
  2. Integrate application systems with existing IT infrastructure and tools, leveraging your expertise to ensure smooth data flow and process automation.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand system needs and requirements, providing expert guidance on capabilities and best practices.
  4. Develop and implement custom solutions to improve system efficiency and effectiveness, driving innovation in our IT landscape.
  5. Provide training and support to users on system functionalities, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing usage.
  6. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IT integration and customization, recommending improvements and innovations to enhance our internal processes.
Requirements

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  2. 4-6 years of experience in customizing and integrating application systems, preferably in a corporate IT environment.
  3. Proficiency in JavaScript or C#; .NET experience is required.
  4. Familiarity with Apache or IBM MQ is an advantage.
  5. Strong understanding of IT processes and workflows.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  7. Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
