On behalf of our client, Swisslinx is looking for an Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff to join a software company within the Private Aviation industry.

Intro to Company

Our client is an entrepreneurial, design-led company delivering innovative software and process solutions for the global Private Aviation industry.Their customer base includes a mix of governmental or management and charter companies across the globe.

Overview of role

The Chief of Staff (CoS) is a position that works only for the CEO. It is responsible for planning and managing all administrative, financial, and operational activities for the CEO. You will provide key insights and direct the CEO’s focus, working together with employees and customers, as well as a range of external consultants and professional services on strategic and critical items. This role puts you at the heart of an exciting business.

Note: This position is a full-time position with at least 3 days per week in the Zug Office. Given the global nature of the business you will need to be flexible with working hours and available to travel from time-to-time.

Key Tasks and Duties
- handle day-to-day items, and attend meetings on behalf of the CEO
- lead strategic planning processes across the organisation.
- Ensure the CEO is working on the most important items for the company
- Help complete priority items for the CEO to an appropriate level of quality
- Keep the CEO accountable for commitments, while helping keep reports accountable for results
- Keep the CEO accessible and open to new ideas and proposals
- Help create various professional reports and presentations
- Analyse information and correspondence, condensing to relevant points and prioritising
- Coordinate and compile non-financial KPI reporting
- Oversee Swiss and UK general administration (filing and documentation, minute taking)
- Prepare and distribute Board papers
