Nous recherchons actuellement un technico-commercial service F/H, animé par

Et comme chez Fives, nous avons toutes et tous notre rôle à jouer pour

atteindre notre but commun, le vôtre sera de:

- Développer les actions commerciales et la relation client tout en

assurant le support et sa satisfaction
- Développer les activités de vente de pièces de rechange, de vente de

service chez le client ou dans nos ateliers sur une zone commerciale

regroupant plusieurs pays.
- Etablir des relations fortes avec des acheteurs, techniciens,

responsables de maintenance, responsable de site industriel
- Assurer le niveau de vente commercial en accord avec les budgets

définis par sa hiérarchie, tout en maintenant le niveau de marge

nécessaire.
- Contribuer à la veille technologique et concurrentielle de de

l’entreprise
- Assurer le suivi des ventes effectuées sur sa zone
- Suivre et assurer le support technique
- Répondre aux appels d’offres et questions des questions, et assurer

le suivi lors de l’exécution des commandes
- Voyager chez les clients sur les sites industriels pour environ 30%

de son temps, en moyenne.
- Promouvoir les valeurs du groupe Fives ainsi que la sécurité

Au sein de Fives Cryomec, et sous la direction du Directeur Service, vous

intégrerez l’équipe Service.

Si c’est vous, rejoignez-nous

Nous recherchons une personne diplômée en commerce ayant une expérience de

vente de service technique de terrain, ou une personne diplômée en

mécanique/maintenance industrielle avec une expérience commerciale

réussit.de 2 ans minimum.

- êtes engagé, volontaire et bon communicant
- parlez anglais couramment, et d’autres langues
- aimez voyager et visitez des sites industriels
- avez un esprit critique et êtes capable de travailler en autonomie

dans un environnement dynamique
