**Your Role: The Heart of Our New Product Development Laboratory**

As a Lab Assistant at Agilery, your mission is to _**transform great ideas into real prototypes**_: by supporting our Team of Product Developers in _**prototyping sessions**_ (with a focus on beverages) and by _**managing our laboratory resources**_. Your dedication and attention to detail will play a crucial role in driving your mission forward.

**Key Responsibilities: Your Path to Impact**
- _**Produce prototypes**:_ Prepare for benchwork (material and ingredients), weigh with precision all ingredients, prepare the recipes following briefs and procedures provided by our Developers, prepare dilutions, measure pH, pasteurize samples, arrange and clean the lab, etc...
- _**Participate in tastings **_to guide the product development process.
- _**Organize the perfect food & beverage development laboratory**:_ manage our stock of ingredient samples, organize, and maintain our lab material, and equipment, and ensure a steady lab consumables supply.

- Relevant education and/or experience in a laboratory (food, beverage, pharmaceutical, chemistry )
- Fluent in **English **(C1/C2 level), with additional languages being a plus.
- Genuine **enthusiasm for food and beverages**.
- Independent, curious and a solution-oriented working style _**with a “can do” attitude**_.
- You like to take _**ownership/responsibility of your tasks**_ and would describe yourself as a high energy person with attention to detail.
- Valid Swiss working permit is required.
