**Position Summary
As a “ **Business Co-pilot **”, you will be responsible for the co-piloting and controlling activities in the respective BGS businesses, monitoring results, establishing dashboards, providing insights, analysis, recommendations, scenario planning - in a proactive manner - to aid and facilitate for a fact based decision making. In this position, you will ensure accuracy and compliance of business results by coordinating / participating / challenging the strategic discussions in the respective businesses and has a stewardship role on the compliance and effective internal control.

**A Day in the Life of a Business Co-pilot
- Participate actively in the respective business strategy development and provide associated financial scenario planning
- Promote clear understanding of financial key figures and costs within the Business Unit under responsibility as well as mandators
- Challenge costs, perform P&L checks/analysis, and perform proper P&L forecasts. Suggest actionable solutions
- Key player in the Monthly Business Planning Process, providing transparency and direction towards target achievement at any time in the process. Establish Dynamic Forecasts and gap analysis in key documents to Mandator and Group.
- Ensure quality financial information is used by the business for decision making and that potential risks and opportunities are anticipated and understood. Follow up and monitor progress to close gaps ensuring Nestlé financial policies and Accounting Standards are followed
- Review monthly performance (through the development of simple and measurable KPIs) and identify areas of risk preventing achievement of targets. Follow up on action plans for gap closing. Set up dashboards, and actively contribute to the preparation of quarterly business meetings with stakeholders for decision making
- Analyze and challenge product portfolio to identify cost optimization opportunities and eliminate value destroyers
- Prepare selling price simulations taking into account key variables that affect profitability and consequently business impact
- Act as Internal Control and compliance gatekeeper supporting the Nestrade Internal controller on the different activities and requests from the respective businesses under responsibility

**What will make you successful
- Master degree in Business / Finance / Accounting
- Successfully fulfilled one or several career steps in F&C-roles (incl. international businesses)
- Prior experience in Accounting / Finance function (e.g. Audit, Co-Pilot, Sales controller, Supply Chain Controller)
- Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry experience
- Stakeholder Management is a key to deliver to this role
- Strong Analytical skills
- Fluency in English
