**The **Position**: More than a job
- The FIFA Museum celebrates and safeguards football heritage and culture to share the magic of the game with the entire world. With exceptional exhibitions, unique original objects, fascinating stories, multimedia and interactive experiences as well as thought-provoking cultural and educational programs, the home of football history is a lively and passionate platform for fans and visitors to meet, connect and engage with each other.
- To enhance our team, we are looking for a highly motivated, committed and proactive employee in the museum learning area "LAB", 20% hourly base to join us by arrangement.**Your responsibilities**
- Supervision of children's groups during birthday parties at the museum (involved general supervision and leadership of children ages 6-12, age-appropriate museum tours, games and crafts)
- General supervision of individual children in the learning environment "LAB" (animation, games and crafts)
- Providing daily materials in the "LAB" (colored pencils, drawing paper, games, etc.)
- Smaller administrative tasks and tidying up in the "LAB
- Possibly leading workshops/guided tours with school classes as well as contributing own ideas to the design of programs and events in the "LAB
- Additional assignments at events as well as sporadic assignments at trade fairs as stand supervisor
- Supervision of the entertainment media and reporting of any defects or malfunctions to the supervisor
- Contact person in case of emergencies or problems on site, crisis management and forwarding to the responsible person
- Co-supervision of the pinball stations in the museum
- Visitor supervision primarily in the Fields of Play area of the museum

- The specific competencies we require for this position are:
- Animating personality with pleasure in cooperation with children and talent in dealing with them
- Great interest and fascination in football and its history
- Experience in dealing with groups of children (e.g. leading children/youth clubs)
- Pedagogical knowledge is an advantage (e.g. studies at a pedagogical university or similar)
- Flexibility and spontaneity in carrying out tasks
- Flexibility in working hours as well as regular and reliable willingness to work; especially on weekends
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken German, good knowledge of English and French, any other language is an advantage
- Creativity towards the children and reliability towards the employer

- Our exhibitions and events in the FIFA Museum at Zurich's Enge railway station and abroad show how international football has continually developed, generating enthusiasm, inspiring and connecting people around the world.
- With numerous attractions, audio-visual content and varied exhibition areas that are also intended to stimulate reflection, the museum shows the global influence of football. A permanent exhibition area of around 3,000 square metres is available on three levels and comprises more than 1,000 exhibits in an interactive, multimedia world of experience. In addition, the museum offers an exciting cultural program and an educational program for families with children and school classes.
- Our FIFA Museum team is just as unique as our exhibitions and events program. Around 80 employees are currently working for the museum. They represent different nationalities, various professional backgrounds and numerous languages. They are united by their shared passion, love and enthusiasm for football and culture.
