**Junior Relationship Manager Institutional Clients Switzerland**:
**Description**:
With more than 250 people, Asset Management with its Investment Management as well as Institutional Clients unit has built an on-the-ground presence in the world’s major markets through organic growth and selected partnerships. We offer a select range of actively managed strategies in the long-only, alternative and private markets space. We serve the whole spectrum of both local and global institutional clients including distributors.

**Mission**:
Acquiring independently institutional and wholesale clients in the German speaking part of Switzerland and supporting the senior sales team in Zurich and Germany for administrative belongings.

**Challenges**:
Prospecting potential new clients and developing the relationship with existing clients.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Identify, target (incl. cold calling), and arrange meetings with institutional and wholesale prospects in collaboration with the senior sales team in the German-speaking part of Switzerland
- Develop a thorough understanding of client’s requirements and our investment solutions to meet clients’ needs
- Provide administrative support to the senior sales team in German part of Switzerland and Germany in all aspects of the daily business
- Updating the CRM tool and providing regular reporting’s
- Ensuring coordination between various UBP offices and the Geneva head office
- Coordinating marketing efforts, including regional events and roadshows with portfolio managers and investment specialist
- Supporting the Co-CEO Asset Management on an ad hoc basis

**Education**:

- Education: Bachelor Degree
- Certification: Degree in Finance, Banking, Economics or similar
- IT Tools: MS Office & Salesforce

**Experience**:

- Years of experience: 3-7 : intermediate
- Experience required: Approx. 3 years of experience in a client-facing role within the financial industry, preferably in Asset Management with previous sales experience in Switzerland
- Experience in private banking: Mandatory

**Language**:

- English: Fluent
- German: Fluent

**Personal skills**:

- Swiss resident: Mandatory
