Lonza als führender Auftragshersteller von Antikörper Wirkstoff Konjugate (ADCs) besitzt langjährige Erfahrungen in der klinischen und kommerziellen Produktion dieser aufstrebenden Klasse von Medikamenten. Die Erforschung und Herstellung von ADCs und anderen Biokonjugaten befinden sich weltweit in einer starken Wachstumsphase, deshalb suchen wir einen hochmotivierten Project Leader (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Analytischen Entwicklung am Standort Visp. Als Mitglied unserer Forschungsabteilung sind Sie im Auftrag unserer Kunden verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Validierung von analytischen Methoden welche für die prozessbegleitende Analytik und Freigabe von neuen Biokonjugaten verwendet werden. Als Mitglied von interdisziplinären Projekt Teams Planen, Koordinieren und Priorisieren Sie die Analysenaufträge inklusive Kostenkontrolle und Dokumentation, diskutieren analytische Fragestellungen und Resultate mit internen und externen Kunden und arbeiten nach aktuellen ISO- und GMP Qualitätsrichtlinien.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Verantwortlich für die Planung und Koordination von Laborarbeiten in den zugeteilten Projekten, dies beinhaltet Entwicklungs
- und Validierungsaufträge aber auch unterstützende Analytik während der Prozessentwicklung; für die Überprüfung und Auswertung der Ergebnisse sowie für die Präsentation von Daten und Schlussfolgerungen an die Kunden
- Primäre Schnittstelle für die internen und externen Kunden, Teilnahme an den abteilungsübergreifenden Projektmeetings mit Forschung, Produktion und Qualitätssicherung sowie an den projektupdate Meetings zusammen mit dem Kunden
- Verfassen und Freigeben von technischen Berichten, GAP- und Risikoanalysen, SOPs und Kundenberichten.
- Sicherstellen der termin
- und kostengerechten Bearbeitung der zugewiesenen Aufträge

**Ihr Anforderungsprofil**:

- PhD im naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich (Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry oder Pharmaceutical Sciences) mit Erfahrung in der Durchführung unterschiedlicher Analysetechniken wie HPLC, CE und ELISA oder MSc mit mehrjähriger relevanter Industrieerfahrung.
- Flexible, motivierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude an der Analytik, die sich in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld mit wechselnden Prioritäten wohl fühlt und in der Lage ist, komplexe Probleme für die es keine Routinelösung gibt zu analysieren und zu lösen
- Strukturierte, fokussierte und gut organisierte Arbeitseinstellung, lösungsorientiert und verantwortungsbewusst.
- Fliessend Deutsch und Englisch ist erforderlich.
