Als Mitglied des QA Small Molecules Small Scale lead teams sind Sie mitverantwortlich für die Unterstützung der chemischen Pharmaproduktion (Launch Plant und SSP) bezüglich Qualität. In der Rolle als QA Project Support unterstützen Sie die Projekt-QAs und übernehmen einzelne Arbeitspakete selbstständig.

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Genehmigung von Q-relevanten Dokumenten in DMS (Bspw. Parameterlisten, Reinigungsdokumente)
- Unterstützung, Überprüfung und Genehmigung von Deviation Reports, CAPAs und Change Requests in TrackWise
- Anpassung, Erstellung und Review nötiger GMP Dokumente
- Bearbeitung, Kontrolle und Freigabe von PQRs (Produkt Quality Review)
- Erstellung von KPI nach Vorgabe
- Direkte Kommunikation mit der Produktion und dem ausführenden QC Labor, sowie mit dem Kunden

Ihr Anforderungsprofil:

- Master of Science im naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich (Chemie, Biochemie oder Pharma) mit erster Berufserfahrung oder erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufslehre (z.B. als Laborant oder TA) mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
- Berufserfahrung im GMP-Umfeld sowie in der Qualitätssicherung erwünscht
- Fortgeschrittene Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office werden vorausgesetzt
- Anwenderkenntnisse einzelner Pharma-/Labor-Software (bspw. Documentum, LIMS, Trackwise) sind von Vorteil
- Gute Sprachkenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache (mündlich und schriftlich)
