**HEAD OF ACCOUNTING SWITZERLAND**

**Finanzen**:

- Erstellen Monats
- und Jahresabschlüsse nach OR (inkl. Durchführung der Revision) in Zusammenarbeit mit dem CFO
- 5 Unternehmungen in der Schweiz (2 x operativ, 3 x nicht operativ)
- 1 Unternehmung in Paris (nur Konten Abstimmung)
- 1 Unternehmung in Budapest (nur Konten Abstimmung)

Abschlüsse der Tochtergesellschaften in Paris und Budapest werden vom lokalen Buchhaltungs-Team und CFO erstellt.
- Erstellen einer konsolidierten Konzernrechnung (primär für die Schweiz) monatlich
- Finanzberichterstattung an den Verwaltungsrat (CEO/CCO/CFO) der aktuellen Kennzahlen
- Erläuterungen und Erklärungen zu den Abschlüssen
- Cashflow-Management und Zahlungen
- Rechnungsprüfung und Freigabe
- Verantwortung für Kreditoren und Debitoren, Bankbuchungen
- Strategische Planung mit dem Verwaltungsrat
- Unterstützung des Managements in Belangen der Corporate Finance
- Pflegen der Bankbeziehungen
- Teamverantwortung für eine 1 Mitarbeiterin

**Anforderungen**:

- Hochschul-/Fachhochschulabschluss Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbarer eidg. Abschluss in Finanz
- und Rechnungswesen, Fachausweis
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
- Stilsicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift, Französisch Kenntnisse von großem Vorteil
- Ziel
- und prozessorientiertes Handeln mit Fokus auf das Wesentliche
- Analytische Fähigkeiten, vernetztes Denken, Belastbarkeit
- Zuverlässige, integre und engagierte Persönlichkeit
