We are looking for an**:Accountant **with 100% work capacity, who will be responsible for processing invoices and issuing payments.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for the following interesting and varied tasks:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervision of current financial accounting, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Posting and accounting for incoming and outgoing payments as well as monitoring and clarifying open items and differences
- Independent preparation of invoices as well as monitoring and adherence to deadlines and schedules.
- Responsibility for the dunning process
- Independent processing of routine accounting transactions
- Participation in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Participation in and implementation of exciting projects
- Financial and payroll administration tasks
- Back-office replacement

Your Profile:

- Finance and accounting specialist with a federal certificate of proficiency or in training to obtain one.
- You have at least two (2) years of relevant experience in the accounting department of an SME.
- Very good knowledge of German is required, English B2 (internal business language)
- You are characterized by an independent and precise way of working and active thinking
- Trust, reliability and discretion are fundamental requirements in our team
- You are an optimistic personality with high social skills and a quick understanding, who keeps an overview even in a dynamic environment
- An independent, structured and team-oriented way of working

**Requirements**:

- Profiles with a valid Swiss passport or Swiss work permit (B/C) will be only considered
- Availability as of mid-January 2024

Gehalt: CHF75'000.00 - CHF80'000.00 pro Jahr

Arbeitszeiten:

- Montag bis Freitag

Möglichkeit zu pendeln/umzuziehen:

- 8152 Glattbrugg, CH: bereit sein zu pendeln oder vor Antritt der Stelle einen Umzug zu planen (Erforderlich)
