As a UX/UI designer you will be part of the Product Management Team, working together close collaboration with the Content and Product Managers, and remotely with the Development team located in Europe. This is a great opportunity to take part in the digital health revolution, designing for cross-platform products with the highest and finest design standards, and enjoying a very complete experience in product development, from the conception to the implementation.

Tasks
- Identify users' pain points and recommend UX solutions working in close collaboration with the Product Managers and Product Owners
- Support Product Owners on their backlogs by delivering the UX specifications and providing support to developers during the development phase and QA during the testing phase
- Design new features and improvements using best practices and methodologies of user centered-design
- Take initiative and ownership in finding solutions on your daily work
- Design detailed mobile & web mockups using Sketch and maintain our existing design system
- Conduct user testing and user research
- Supporting the branding definition of our white label apps

**Requirements**:

- You have 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI/Product Design
- You must be fluent in English (written & spoken)
- You have a design portfolio that demonstrates how good UX and good UI always go together
- You have enough technical background or professional experience that allows you to communicate “in the same language” as developers
- You have solid experience with Mobile Design guidelines (Material and iOS) & responsive web
- You have passion and eye for UI details. Pixel perfect accuracy
- You are a creative team player that will know how to inspire the team
- You don't hesitate to ask (good) questions, or to accept and give (critical) feedback
- Experience in user research and user testing (moderated and unmoderated) (highly appreciated)
- Experience in prototyping with Invision (highly appreciated)
