**Global Business Development Manager Hydrogen (gn)**

From Strategy to Execution; you are in the heart of our related activities. Within the division Oerlikon Surface Solutions you plan, coordinate and steer all topics in this fascinating growth area.

Your Responsibilities
- In close collaboration with Senior Leadership and our Strategy Team, you develop and adapt our Hydrogen market strategy to the fast changing environment, which you understand from monitoring and following all relevant developments.
- You define the Hydrogen R&D roadmap with all relevant stakeholders and support the execution as portfolio owner. You ensure that the cross product line innovation pipeline creates value and you lead strategic growth projects across the division.
- You understand market needs and establish long-term relationships with customers. This helps you to establish plans and strategies to expand customer base. You agree business development and sales plans with our regional leaders.

Your Profile
- University degree in Science/Engineering with further studies in Business or vice versa
- Profound experience in business development in a high tech industry (ideally in hydrogen industry or in advanced material and coating industries)
- Practical working experience in entering new markets
- Broad understanding of regulations and national support programs driving hydrogen economy
- Very good knowledge of the English language; German language skills are a plus
- A customer and service oriented personality with a Can-do mentality and the ability to build trustful relationships
- A strategic thinker with entrepreneurial drive and political savvy
