Digital Transformation Manager Europe

**Digital Transformation Manager Europe (gn)**

This position is responsible for driving the digital transformation in Europe. He/she creates the digital roadmap of the region and its respective countries together with the local management, gathers local product requirements, aligns the initiatives with the stakeholders and ensures a smooth local implementation.

Your Responsibilities
- Support the creation of a regional digital transformation roadmap
- Create transparency on regional/country digital initiatives & “digital readiness overview” of countries
- Gather local product requirements and align with global project team to make corresponding adjustments
- Align with stakeholders timing / required resources / budget for local implementation
- Close cooperation and alignmentn with Team Leads Digital Program Manager and Digital Project Managers in defined programs and projects
- Ensure local resources for implementation are available, support implementation & conduct trainings

Your Profile
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering / Computer Science
- 2+ years experience in managing strategic or digital projects or Consulting experience
- Proficient in conventional & modern project management skills (agile, scrum)
- Knowledge of key IT/Digitalization concepts
- Experience in managing project work with diverse and scattered teams with very diverse background in cross-cultural business environment
- Strong communication skills to explain & promote the developed solutions and motivate the local teams to adopt them
- Strong trouble shooting & problem solving skills
- Familiar with working in multinational companies
- Willingness to travel if required (20 %)
