Business Process Manager Quality

To support Bachem’s growth we are looking for an experienced Quality professional to establish scalable processes and new ways of working within a newly set up department.
**Tasks / Responsibilities**:
- Evaluate new concepts and approaches to establish scalable and efficient sampling procedures
- Define analytical data needed from supplier and design and implement processes for method transfers
- Harmonizing processes for vendor qualification activities between different sites
- Negotiate supplier qualification agreements for new suppliers
- Support audits for new suppliers
- Document and train established processes
- Lead
- and support cross-functional initiatives
**Skills/Experience**
- Experience in the chemical and/or pharmaceutical industry
- Extensive knowledge of QA compliance within a GMP environment
- Experienced in leading cross-functional projects
- Very good communication skills and stakeholder management with internal and external stakeholders
- Solution oriented and analytical thinking
**Education**
- University degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
- 3+ years in a QA and or QC function required
- English/German proficiency
- Digital mindset
