**Global Administrative Partner (M/F/d) 100%**:
**Background**:
The pRED Business Operations department is looking for new team members. The members will be a part of a global Network of Business Administrative Partners which has been newly formed into a dynamic global team.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the business by delivering proactive, forward thinking support to our customers
- Contributing to a variety of projects and tasks in innovative ways
- Supporting the senior management partners and stakeholders in a networked approach
- Ensuring professional organization, coordination and execution of impactful work providing guidance and support

**Must haves**:

- Commercial Diploma or bachelor diploma in business administration
- Min. 3-5 years working experience in a comparable position
- Experienced in coordinating global and local on and off sites, team events, workshops, on a smaller and also larger scale (+50 pax)
- High IT-affinity (Google Suite and other Roche softwares are required)
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Excellent time management & organizational skills with proven abilities to work independently
- Strong customer orientation
- Excellent communication skills
