- und Ausland stehst.

Du interessierst dich leidenschaftlich für komplexe Finanzinstrumente sowie Rechtsfragen im Handels

Deine Aufgaben - mehr gestalten
- Verhandlung von OTC Derivate-, SLB- und Repo
- Rahmenverträgen unter Schweizer und ausländischem Recht
- Beratung des Handels und der Kundenberater bei Rechtsfragen zu Derivaten und Securities Finance
- Beantwortung und Lösung von stets neuen Fragestellungen
- Umsetzung von regulatorischen Vorgaben
- Unterstützung bei der Dokumentation von Handelsprodukten
- Mitarbeit bei der Einführung neuer Produkte sowie in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten
- Entwicklung und Optimierung der bereichsübergreifenden Prozesse sowie Implementierung von stetigen Verbesserungen u.a. auch im Rahmen von grösseren Handelsprojekten

- Master Universität in Rechtswissenschaften
- Berufserfahrung im Handelsumfeld von Vorteil
- Passion für komplexe Handelsprodukte
- Ausgezeichnete analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
