**Internship Administrative Support**:

In this role you will be responsible for the administration support in the whole range in Research and Development Team, ABB System Drives in Turgi AG, ensuring every-day support for team members. You will have a chance to make orders, organizing meetings and events, prepare presentations, corresponding with clients and collaborating with other team members, etc.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Making orders.
- Preparing presentations.
- Corresponding with clients.
- Ordering hardware and software for employees.
- Administrative tasks for employees (booking: meeting rooms, table in restaurants, create expense reports).
- Support employees (every-day task, onboarding & offboarding).
- Collaborate with other teams (assistants, purchase team, HR, IT, etc.).
- Cooperation with other projects (as required).

**Your background**:

- Secondary business school (WMS 3+1) or Commercial basic education (like Minerva).
- German, IKA and W&G are among your strengths.
- Sound knowledge of ten finger keyboard system, MS Office 365 tools and the electro industry market.
- High willingness to learn and share the knowledge with others, communication talent and good organizational skills.
- Collegial and pleasant manners.
- Quick comprehension and logical thinking.
- Proficiency in English.
