**Job Description**:
The role will work closely with SGS’s Senior VP of Investor Relations and Investor Relations Manager to support the preparation of investor reports, presentations, consensus gathering and marketing materials, and play a pivotal role in developing SGSs reputation by contributing to the communication and organizing events with analysts, corporate management and our investors, and for the leadership team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the organization and attend various investor meetings, conferences (including our annual Investor Days and leadership conference) and site visits to promote SGS’s story
- Coordinate and align with the Investor Relations Manager the strategic investor targeting, using internal and external databases and systems to target new potential investors globally
- Support the organization SGS and/or third-party roadshows, prepare for and attend investor meetings
- Summarize the key points of in-depth analyst reports looking for new analysis and changes in number / views
- Coordinate the data collection and report construction for the senior management and the board
- Work with databases, calendars, electronic files in an organized and logical way
- Oversee shareholder ownership and maintain investor relations contacts and interactions details
- Support the IR Manager in researching and responding to investor / analysts’ queries
- Assist in the research and preparation of the background materials and reports as required by the investor relations function in advance of investor/business development trips, senior management and board meetings
- Understand competitor results and messaging as well as the impact of any regulatory changes to support the IR team
- Support the preparation of financial materials for investor reports, presentations and marketing materials, including quarterly valuation reports
- Support the gathering financial estimates, running and managing of the consensus model, tracking companies estimates against analysts estimates internally and externally
- Liaise with sustainability team for investor relates matters
- Come up with suggestions for how to change and improve the way that investor relations works

**Requirements**:

- ** Education**:

- Preferably master’s degree in Finance or equivalent
- ** Experience**:

- A real interest in the strategic value of investor relations for a company
- Min. 1 year of administrator/coordinator role in an investor relations environment
- Proven experience in the coordination of events and for the preparation of materials showcasing company performance to the outside world
- Highly motivated individual, with strong presentation and networking skills
- Client relationship management experience an advantage
- Adaptability with strong organizational skills

- Able to work constructively across the Finance and Investor Relations team

- Ability to build trust, respect and confidentiality
- Sense of initiative, able to work independently, as well as in teams
- Ability to work under pressure and set high standards
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Power point & Outlook
- Fluency in English, preferably also good command of French and/ or German
