As a QA Technician II in the Clinical Label Services Department at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., you will have the opportunity to ensure the flawless receipt and dispatch of clinical trial labels and booklets. Your contributions will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards and timelines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review study-relevant documents as part of the release process for outgoing goods in strict accordance with SOPs.
- Ensure a budget-friendly and smooth dispatch process.
- Issue the release of orders that have been reviewed and are ready for dispatch.
- Perform timely review of GMP-compliant documentation and subsequently archive it.
- Conduct sampling, inspection, and approval of supplied labels/booklets from both internal and external suppliers.

**Qualifications**:

- Basics of quality control; preferable experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and proven track record to work with diverse groups of people.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Preferably with good English skills.
