Im Auftrag unseres angesehenen Kunden, einem führenden Schweizer Unternehmen in der Pharmaindustrie, suchen wir einen versierten **Leiter Quality Assurance Operations (w/m/d)**. Dieses Unternehmen gilt als Vorreiter in modernsten Technologien zur Verabreichung von Medikamenten.

**Aufgabenportfolio**
- Ihr Beitrag als stellvertretende Führungskraft (Functional Head) und Ihre Verantwortung für die fachliche und personelle Leitung des QA Operations Teams.
- Die Freigabe von Rohstoffen, Bulkprodukten und Fertigarzneimitteln, die in bewährten Systemen umgesetzt wird.
- Ihre aktive Rolle in der Koordination und Leitung von Abweichungen, OOx und Reklamationen, verbunden mit eingehenden Untersuchungen im GxP-Bereich.
- Die zielorientierte Sicherstellung der fristgerechten Bearbeitung von Abweichungen und Reklamationen durch enge Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Fachbereichen.
- Ihre Präsenz bei Regulierungs
- und Kunden-Audits, bei denen Sie nicht nur teilnehmen, sondern auch interne und externe Audits bei Dienstleistern durchführen.
- Die Definition und klare Kommunikation von Richtlinien zur optimalen Implementierung von cGMP-Anforderungen in enger Abstimmung mit relevanten Fachabteilungen.
- Die Entwicklung, sorgfältige Überprüfung und schließlich die Freigabe von SOPs im GxP-Bereich.
- Ihre Aufgabe in der Prüfung und Genehmigung von Stabilitätsplänen, Berichten und jeglicher Dokumentation, die für die GxP-Standards relevant ist.
- Ihre Budgetverantwortung für den Bereich QA Operations, in dem kluge Finanzentscheidungen gefragt sind.

**Anforderungsprofil**
- Sie verfügen über einen Hochschulabschluss im pharmazeutischen oder naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich.
- Ihre berufliche Laufbahn ist von mehrjähriger Führungserfahrung geprägt und Sie haben bewiesen, dass Sie ein Team erfolgreich leiten können.
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Ihre Führungsqualitäten aus, wobei Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamgeist Ihre Markenzeichen sind.
- Ihr Verständnis für die GMP-Richtlinien sowie die GDP-Richtlinien ist fundiert und Sie kennen die gesetzlichen Vorgaben im pharmazeutischen Umfeld.
- Sie sind vertraut mit den globalen und lokalen Qualitätssystemen sowie den Regularien für pharmazeutische Produkte und Medizinprodukte.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist von Genauigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit geprägt, und Sie behalten stets den klaren Fokus auf Prioritäten.
- Hervorragende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab.
