- Detailed knowledge of EASA Regulations Part 145, Part M-CAMO, and Part 21 Subpart G-J;
- Ability to establish and write handbooks, procedures, technical instructions, and audit reports;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, aviation, or quality assurance.
