**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Gesamtverantwortung für langfristigen finanziellen Erfolg der zugeteilten Produkt-/Plattformfranchise
- Verantwortung für die Umsatzplanung, Kostenplanung und deren Kontrolle
- Führung von Mitarbeitern aus den Disziplinen Product Management, Product Development, Projekt Management, Quality Assurance
- Strategische Ausrichtung der Produkte (Life Cycle Management)
- Erarbeitung von Businessmodellen und Offerten
- Mitwirkung bei der Investitionsplanung und Begleitung der Umsetzung
- Verantwortung für das Planen und Durchführen von Entwicklungs-/ Kundenprojekten inkl. Ressourcen
- und Kostenplanung
- Kommerzielle, terminliche und technische Verantwortung für Entwicklungsprojekte und Kundenprojekte
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Account Management und Operations
- Definition und Kontrolle der KPI mit Operations

**Deine Skills**:

- Betriebswirtschaftliche oder naturwissenschaftliches / technisches Studium (FH, Uni oder ETH),betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung bei Ingenieuren/Naturwissenschaftlern
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarerer Funktion (Produkt-, Projekt
- und Relationship Management)
- Erfahrungen im regulierten Umfeld
- Generalist mit vielseitigen Interessen und adressatengerechter überzeugender Kommunikation
- Führungsperson mit grossem Verantwortungs
- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Verhandlungssichere Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (B2)
