- Réaliser la planification stratégique de l'assortiment et des promotions, en collaboration avec le CM Beauty Care, afin de réaliser le succès à long terme sur le marché
- Elaboration d'objectifs pour la préparation des entretiens annuels et prise en charge de la négociation de ces derniers en collaboration avec le Purchasing Management
- Soutien actif du responsable du Category Management Consumer & Beauty Care dans le développement de la stratégie d'assortiment stationnaire / en ligne, développement de concepts propres et fixation des prix de vente et des prix promotionnels
- Réalisation de la gestion des surfaces, en collaboration avec l'Assortment & Space Planning, afin d'améliorer la productivité et la rentabilité des surfaces en rayon
- Gestion active de la gestion des marchandises usagées et garantie d'une allocation optimale des marchandises
- Observation du marché et établissement de comparaisons avec la concurrence ainsi qu'élaboration et mise en œuvre de plans d'affaires
**Tes atouts**:
- Diplôme d'études dans le domaine de la gestion d'entreprise (ES/HES/Université) ou formation continue équivalente dans le domaine du marketing
- Au moins 3 à 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans le category management ainsi que dans le domaine du retail
- Joueur d'équipe proactif et autonome avec un talent de négociateur, une manière systématique de penser et d'agir ainsi que de fortes capacités analytiques
- Très bonnes connaissances d'Excel et goût pour le travail avec des outils de reporting et leur développement
- Langue maternelle française ou allemande, avec de très bonnes connaissances de l'autre langue à l'oral et à l'écrit (niveau B2 minimum), l'anglais est un atout
