Au sein de la Direction RH d’Hermès Horloger, nous recherchons un/une stagiaire RH (H/F) dans le cadre d’un stage de 09 mois afin de participer aux missions d’administration du personnel, intégration et de formation ainsi qu’à la mise en place du plan de mobilité sur nos deux sites.

Dans le cadre de vos missions:
Vous serez en charge de la gestion des parcours d’intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs (préparation des sacs de bienvenue, suivi des on-boardings ). Vous participerez à l’organisation et au suivi des formations ainsi qu’à l’organisation des évènements internes.

Votre profil:
En cours de formation supérieure dans le domaine des Sciences Humaines ou de Gestion, vous avez un intérêt certain pour les Ressources Humaines, l’administration du personnel et la gestion de projet.

Votre **discrétion sans faille**, votre **rigueur** et votre **sens de l’organisation** vous permettent d’être **force de proposition **dans votre quotidien.

Doté d’une **aisance relationnelle et d’une ouverture d’esprit, **vous êtes capable** **de travailler tant en autonomie qu’en équipe.

Ce stage requiert **une excellente maîtrise du français ainsi que des outils informatiques et bureautiques usuels (Pack Office..)**

Au-delà des qualités académiques, nous recherchons **des qualités humaines** permettant une intégration rapide au sein de la Maison Hermès.
