Im Auftrag eines Industrie Unternehmens in** Olten, SO** sind wir auf der Suche nach einer erfahrenen Persönlichkeit als** Head of Supply Chain**

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Führen der gesammten Supply Chain Abteilung mit mehreren Mitarbeitern
- Sicherstellung der effizienten Logistik
- Laufendes Optimieren mit den Lieferanten bezüglich Kosten, Termine und Qualität
- Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit durch Lieferbereitschaft und Liefertreue
- Einführung neuer Projekte
- Führen von Lieferantenaudits Europaweit und in Asien
- Mitgestallten und Umsetzen der Beschaffungsstrategie
- Sie raportieren direkt dem CEO

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder technische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung auf Stufe HF oder ähnliche Qualifikation
- Idealerweise verfügen Sie bereits über Führungserfahrung oder sind gewillt diese zu erlernen
- Fliessende Englischkenntnisse sind für diese Position zwingend
- Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit
- Persönlich überzeugen Sie durch Verhandlungsgeschick, gutes Englisch, Kommunikationsstärke
