- **TotalEnergies,** employs about 50 people and is among the largest international energy providing company, specialized in worldwide bunkering activities. With offices in Singapore (HQ), Paris and Geneva, we provide a full spectrum of multifuel solutions and customized services to a wide range of customers.
- These solutions include the physical products delivery along with financial and trading options such as various hedging instruments and pricing mechanisms linked to the trading activities.
- Together with the shipping industry, the bunker industry is undergoing unpreceded changes and is adapting itself to changing regulations. TEMF evolves in this challenging environment and explores alternative bunker fuel solutions - such as LNG, biofuel, and others to come - which requires setting up new logístical hubs, and continuously satisfying customers’ demands for new products and geographical areas.- Turnover (Direct Management): 1.6 B$. - Operating countries: more than 20 including France, Belgium, The Netherlands, Singapore, Korea, Pacific Islands, more than 20 African countries, etc.

**We are looking for a multi-product (including biofuel) bunker operator able to ensuring logistics operations and assisting traders in this rapidly changing sector.**

**Your Role**

You will join the Operation Desk, a human-sized team, under the supervision of the Operation Manager. In this fast moving and transitional environment, you will need a good team spirit, initiative and adaptability as well as willingness to work on the start of new logistics schemes.**Thus, your main responsibilities will be the following**:

- Management of the day-to-day bunker operations (24/7) for Fuel oil, Gas oil, Bio fuels /or LNG bunker fuels : contracts management, scheduling, timely nominations, vetting procedures, Q&Q claims,, inspections, input data in IT systems (volumes, dates, price and costs), confirm back-office invoices; Information to Bunker Traders of any change in schedules leading to hedging risk exposure;
- Coordination with TotalEnergies entities (RC, TS, GRP, MS, etc.), port authorities, agents, barge or truck companies; suppliers and clients to physically deliver nominated quantities; Quantity tolerance management depending on hedging strategies of Bunker Traders;
- Ensure business continuity: capable of swapping zones among operators to gain experience and absorb peak load of work per zone; Continuous update of bunker operations procedures;
- Tailor-made operational set up for Bunker Traders’ structured deals (E&P Rigs etc.);
- Handling of shipping Operations if any (performance, manage ship operator relationship, coordinate feedback / actions to relevant parties (technical, HSE, legal, commercial, management, etc.))
- Maintain and update files for all types of bunker claims (quality, quantity, demurrage ) as well as economic statistics (KPIs) on our activity performance when freighting barges (T/C or Spot).
- Safe and reliable operations on all back-to-back deals, COA and time charter bunker operations (including deal capture, delivery, quality management, and follow up operations);
- Align with and live by TEMF’s code of conduct and HSE standards;
- Responsible for ensuring trading system and all deal details are up-to-date to ensure that accurate trading risk and PnL are reflected and reported;
Close cooperation, support and add value to Bunker Traders on TEMF bunker activities in Europe, Africa and Americas (deal confirmation, scheduling deliveries, and follow up of supply and sales contracts);

**Context and environment**
- The Company’s targets are evolving in order to match and even go beyond changing environment regulations. The shipping industry and thus the bunkering activities are important stakeholders of these changes.
- TEMF is the Company’s dedicated vehicle for selling and delivering marine fuels to the shipping industry and as such, the position requires a good understanding of the related Company’s activities on various domains: LNG, refining, logistics, trading, hedging, etc.
- The position requires also constant and growing knowledge of the external working environment and opportunities including industry trends, understanding of clients and competitors, broader credit picture, etc.
- You graduated with a Master Degree’s in Logistics / Shipping or Engineering
- You have at least 3 years of experience in the Logistics field;
- A first experience in bunkering, trading, and/or shipping operations would be an asset;
- Resilience and adaptability are key-elements for the position;
- With a human-sized team, having a good Team Spirit is essential and you have it;
- You are pro-active and take initiative to suggest improvements to procedures and new solutions.
