Die PH Zürich gestaltet Bildung, Schule und Unterricht von heute und morgen in Lehre und Forschung aktiv mit. In der Abteilung «Fachdidaktische Forschung» ist die im Sommer 2024 gegründete Forschungsgruppe Didaktiken Künste angesiedelt, die zu fachlichem Lernen forscht und neben Unterrichtsentwicklung auch Strukturentwicklung betreibt, um Fachpersonen miteinander zu vernetzen sowie Austausch und Zusammenarbeit zu fördern.

Die Stelle ist im Rahmen des von Swissuniversities geförderten Projekts «PhD in Fachdidaktik Art and Design» - eine Kooperation zwischen ZHdK (Leading House), PHZH, PH Freiburg i.Br. und der Staatlichen Akademie der Bildenden Künste Stuttgart - zu vergeben. Im Rahmen dieses Projektes wurde die Plattform collaeb.org lanciert und pilotiert. In Zusammenarbeit mit dem collaeb-Team setzen Sie sich dafür ein, dass im Projekt Erarbeitetes auf collaeb.org sichtbar (Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, Kommunikation, Koordination, Content Management) und ein langfristiger, nachhaltiger Betrieb der Plattform aufgegleist wird. Für unser Projektteam wird eine engagierte, kommunikative und flexible Persönlichkeit als Junior Researcher gesucht.

**Das bewegen Sie.**:

- Vorbereitung, Eingabe sowie Aktualisierung von Inhalten auf der Webseite collaeb.org und den zugehörigen Social Media Auftritten
- Teilnahme an Teamsitzungen (ca. monatlich, online) sowie an Veranstaltungen, die von collaeb angeboten werden
- Mitarbeit bei der Konzeption, Erprobung und Optimierung von Workflows und Darstellungsmöglichkeiten von Fachinhalten auf der Webseite collaeb.org

**Das bringen Sie mit.**:

- Ausgewiesene Fachkenntnisse und Berufserfahrung in Art Education (Studium Lehramt Kunst/Bildnerisches Gestalten und Berufserfahrung als Lehrperson)
- Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in der adäquaten Aufbereitung von Fachinhalten im Rahmen der technischen Möglichkeiten
- Sicherer Umgang mit und schnelle Einarbeitung in digitale Plattformen wie die CMS-Umgebung/das Backend der Webseite collaeb.org
- Engagierte Mitarbeit im collaeb-Team (Vorerfahrung mit der Plattform collaeb erwünscht)
- Sorgfältige, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Flexibilität in der Einsatzplanung und Zeiteinteilung
