**Functie**:
Als **Service Advisor** zijn dit jouw belangrijkste taken:

- ** Eerste aanspreekpunt** voor klanten, **advies verlenen** en **klantbehoeften begrijpen**;
- ** Plannen van serviceafspraken** en **bestellen van onderdelen**;
- Bijhouden van **klantendossiers**, **werkorders** en **offertes**;
- Effectief **communiceren met klanten** over service en reparaties;
- ** Samenwerken met monteurs** om workflow te optimaliseren;
- ** Zelf de juiste zaken terugvinden in **het magazijn en alles klaar leggen voor onderhoud**;**:

- Zorgen voor een **positieve werkomgeving** en **klanttevredenheid**.

**Profiel en vaardigheden**:

- Kennis van **autotechniek en onderdelen** is een pluspunt;
- Uitstekende **communicatieve vaardigheden** en een **klantgerichte houding**;
- Goede **organisatorische vaardigheden** en het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen;
- ** Teamspeler** met een **positieve instelling**;
- ** Stressbestendig** en in staat om onder druk te presteren;
- Bekendheid met computers en **softwareprogramma's** voor kantoorbeheer.
