Home of Innovation ist das Zuhause für Startups, Co-Working und innovative KMUs. Es wurde vor 4 Jahren gegründet und bietet mittlerweile bereits an 3 Standorten (Winterthur Bahnhof, Winterthur Töss, Effretikon) flexible Büro-Räumlichkeiten und Einzel-Arbeitsplätze mit umfassendem Service (Kaffee, Drucker, Sitzungszimmer, regelmässige Events zwecks Know-How-Austausch in der Startup-Community). Seit diesem Jahr unterstützt Home of Innovation Jungunternehmen zudem mit zwei Accelerator-/Inkubator-Programmen (Details siehe Website Launchcontrol ch) die Entwicklung von Jungunternehmen.

Aufgaben

Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Vermarktung und Weiterentwicklung vom Home of Innovation sowie Launch Control. Du entwickelst Ideen von Grund auf mit, erarbeitest Konzepte, sprichst mir Partnern und Kunden und baust damit das Angebot und Dienstleistungen vom Home of Innovation und Launch Control laufend aus.
- Organisation und Koordination des Launch Control Ausbildungsprogramms und Workshops
- Akquise von Teilnehmenden, Partnern, Sponsoren und Workshopleitern
- Durchführung von Marketing
- und Kommunikationsmassnahmen für die Vermarktung von Launch Control
- Projektleitung von eigenen Projekten
- Erstellen von Präsentationen und Mitarbeit bei neuen Konzepten des Home of Innovation
- Weiterentwicklung unserer Website (Wordpress) und E-Learning-Plattform
- Unterstützung und Stellvertretung des Head of Operations bei der Vermietung von Büros und CoWorking-Arbeitsplätzen

Qualifikation
- Proaktive: r Macher/Macherin (Just do it)
- Offenes und kommunikatives Auftreten
- Selbständiges Arbeiten, Blick fürs Ganze
- Sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Deutsch
- sowie Englischkenntnisse
- Verantwortungsbewusste, selbständige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitäts-Anspruch
- Begeisterung für Startups und Innovation
- Erfahrung mit CRM (aktuell Hubspot), E-Mail-Marketing (aktuell Mailchimp) und Social-Media-Marketing zur Lead-Generierung (z. B. LinkedIn und Instagram).
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse von IT-Anwender-Programmen wie Office, Google Drive und und idealerweise Erfahrung mit CRM
- Wordpress-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
