- Dans ce rôle passionnant, tu seras sur la route tous les jours, pour t’occuper des clients existants et trouver de nouvelles affaires et opportunités. Tu es responsable de la Romandie et le mieux serait d’ y être basé.- Les principales responsabilités:
- Identifier les opportunités commerciales en identifiant les prospects et en évaluant leur position dans l'industrie ; rechercher et analyser les options de vente.
- Visiter les clients du territoire au quotidien
- Collecter des informations concernant le processus de vente auprès des distributeurs du territoire.
- Vendre des produits en établissant des contacts et en développant des relations avec les prospects ; recommander des solutions et faire de la vente croisée.
- Entretenir les relations avec les clients en leur fournissant un soutien, des informations et des conseils ; en recherchant et en recommandant de nouvelles opportunités.
- Identifier les améliorations ou les nouveaux produits en se tenant au courant des tendances de l'industrie, des activités du marché et des concurrents.
- Maintenir un savoir-faire professionnel et technique en participant à des ateliers de formation, en consultant des publications professionnelles, en établissant des réseaux personnels, en évaluant les pratiques de pointe, en participant à des sociétés professionnelles et en représentant l'entreprise lors de journées portes ouvertes, de salons professionnels et de groupes industriels.
- Enregistrer les informations relatives aux ventes et aux projets et les transmettre au département des ventes via Sales Force.
- Profil recherché:
- Passionné(e) par le chocolat
- Formation complémentaire en vente et/ou en commerce
- Une expérience en tant que boulanger, confiseur ou pâtissier est un atout.
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire au sein de l'industrie alimentaire suisse avec des résultats probants.
- Personnalité ouverte et proactive, quelqu'un "qui fait avancer les choses".
- Français langue maternelle et bonnes connaissances en allemand, anglais un plus
- Connaissance de l'informatique, une expérience préalable avec SalesForce est souhaitée.
- Connaissance des canaux commerciaux au niveau suisse (marché de masse et commerce traditionnel).
