Material logistics in Rubigen delivers the right amount of the right material to construction sites. As part of a succession planning and partial reorganization, the company is looking for a competent personality with management experience for the two plant locations Rubigen and Schwarzenburg. Managing Director / Head of Concrete (M/F/d) 100%

Your tasks for a successful management of the two stock corporations:
Operation and management of the Rubigen and Schwarzenburg concrete works
- Developing and implementing business goalsResponsible for budgeting and success control
- Personnel and professional management of the sales and factory personnel of the operating facilities (around 10 employees)
- Ensuring flawless building material production and plant maintenance
- Responsible for the sales organization, accounting and controlling
