**About the team**
- The Wingtra electronics design team currently consists of four dedicated and senior engineers that bring extensive experience from past Wingtra products as well as from other industries. The electronics team focuses on electronics design expertise collaborating closely with colleagues in the software team to develop overall solutions. The team's goal is to deliver high quality designs in record time and master all building blocks that make up electronics systems of drones now and in the future.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support and lead a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship and help create alignment to enable them to deliver high-quality work in an efficient manner.
- Foster close collaboration with other teams, including software, mechanical, and manufacturing, to ensure successful integration of electronics systems into our overall UAV systems.
- Manage electronics heavy often cross-team projects as technical project manager.
- Contribute to electronics development cradle-to-grave yourself in a hands-on manner (concept development, design, bring-up, debugging, validation, compliance).
- Foster a positive team culture, encouraging collaboration, open communication, and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Understand and challenge strategic priorities of our company and develop the team to be ready for future challenges (developing skills, hiring).

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor or Masters degree in electrical engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience, combined as technical contributor, technical project manager and team lead.
- Proven leadership, team building, communication and recruiting skills with a humble attitude that puts the team first.
- Track record of delivering products in key project management positions.
- Expertise developing complex, portable electromechanical systems (some keywords: sensors, microcontroller, SoM compute integration, high speed signals, high power, vibration, environmental conditions).
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional environment.

- Experience with robotics or drones specifically.
- Exposure of challenges bringing compliant product into various markets.
