**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Du unterstützt die internen Stakeholder bei der Beantwortung von fachlichen Fragestellung durch die Anwendung innovativer Datenanalysemethoden
- Du entwickelst komplexe Machine-Learning-Modelle
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Bereitstellung und den Betrieb von Machine-Learning-Modellen in einer produktiven Umgebung (MLOps)
- Adressatengerechte Präsentation von Analyse
- und Entwicklungsergebnissen

**Deine Skills**:

- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in einer quantitativen Fachrichtung (Statistik, Informatik oder ähnlich)
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
- Du hast bereits 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Analyse grosser Datenmengen
- Du hast praktische Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und dem operativen Betrieb von Machine-Learning-Modellen zur Entscheidungsunterstützung und Prozessautomatisierung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Statistik und Machine Learning Algorithmen
- überzeugende Programmierkenntnisse mit Python, R, Shiny; gute SQL-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung in der Verwendung von Git
- Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden und entsprechenden Tools (JIRA, Confluence)
