**Field Sales Expert - Swiss & Austria (m/w/d)**

**About the role**: As an Expert, Field Sales Swiss & Austria, you will be responsible for building strong relationships and maintaining communication with Herbalife Distributors in Switzerland (focusing on German & French-speaking regions) and Austria to ensure maximum Distributor Success. This will be achieved through frequent field visits, calls, and attendance at Distributor trainings and events.

**In this role, you will**:

- Align field sales initiatives with relevant marketing and merchandise strategies
- Build strong, positive relationships with the entire Distributor Success team, ensuring team-oriented collaboration with other Sales Experts working in the field
- Act as front-line support to Distributors in the field, engaging with local leaders at all levels of the marketing plan to build trust-based relationships and support sustainable growth
- Maintain communication and build relationships with Distributors to understand trends, identify new sales opportunities, and address support requirements
- Learn and share best practices among Distributors to promote growth and foster sales activities in the designated region
- Attend monthly regional seminars, Herbalife Opportunity Meetings, and other local trainings as an Ambassador of the company, as well as national and international company meetings as required
- Create reports using BI tools and work with Distributors to provide a comprehensive understanding of their business and highlight growth opportunities
- Regularly ensure that individual Distributor business data is reported and analyzed to maximize growth and success
- Organize and lead conference calls, meetings, and trainings in the designated region, focusing on DMOs and Open meetings/events.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Proven track record of growing business in a sales-led environment
- Excellent analytical and numerate skills
- Good coaching, persuasion, and influencing skills
- ** Native-level written and verbal skills in German & French (Italian is a plus**)
- Highly distributor/customer-focused with a servant leadership style
- MS Office literate (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) with professional-level Excel skills
- Self-starter, motivated, organized, and flexible
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Willingness to work on weekends when required

**In dieser Rolle werden Sie**:

- Außendienstinitiativen mit relevanten Marketing
- und Handelsstrategien abstimmen
- Starke, positive Beziehungen mit dem gesamten Vertriebserfolgsteam aufbauen und teamorientierte Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Außendienstexperten sicherstellen
- Als erste Anlaufstelle für Vertriebspartner im Außendienst fungieren, mit lokalen Führungskräften auf allen Ebenen des Marketingplans Vertrauensverhältnisse aufbauen und nachhaltiges Wachstum unterstützen
- Kommunikation mit Vertriebspartnern aufrechterhalten und Beziehungen aufbauen, um Trends zu verstehen, neue Verkaufschancen zu identifizieren und Unterstützungsanforderungen zu erfüllen
- Best Practices unter den Vertriebspartnern lernen und teilen, um Wachstum zu fördern und Verkaufsaktivitäten in der zugewiesenen Region zu unterstützen
- Als Botschafter des Unternehmens an monatlichen regionalen Seminaren, Herbalife Opportunity Meetings und anderen lokalen Schulungen sowie an nationalen und internationalen Unternehmensversammlungen teilnehmen
- Berichte mit BI-Tools erstellen und mit Vertriebspartnern zusammenarbeiten, um ein umfassendes Verständnis ihres Geschäfts zu bieten und Wachstumschancen hervorzuheben
- Regelmäßig sicherstellen, dass individuelle Geschäftsdaten der Vertriebspartner gemeldet und analysiert werden, um Wachstum und Erfolg zu maximieren
