Für unsere Kundin, mit Sitz in Zürich Wallisellen, suchen wir eine engagierte und erfahrene Persönlichkeit für die temporäre Unterstützung im Rahmen einer Personalvakanz.

Sie sind verantwortlich für die Unterstützung des Managements der Einkaufskategorien Marketing und HR Services und tragen in dieser Rolle wesentlich dazu bei, Einkaufsprojekte im strategischen Rahmen voranzutreiben. Sie tragen aber auch die Verantwortung für die administrativen und operativen Themen und Verarbeitungen der Einkaufskategorien.

**Aufgaben**:

- Erstellung und Durchführung von Ausschreibungen so-wie Preis
- und Vertragsverhandlungen im Rahmen der Allianz Einkaufsgovernance
- Identifikation und Umsetzung von Wertschöpfungs
- und Kostensparpotenzialen der vorgesehenen Einkaufskategorie und Warengruppen anhand historischen und prognostizierten Daten nach Best Practices
- Aufbau und Pflege nachhaltiger Lieferantenpartnerschaften sowie Weiterentwicklung im Zusammenspiel mit dem internen Fachbereich
- Managen der zuständigen Verträge sowie Erledigung von weiteren operativen/administrativen Einkaufstätigkeiten

**Kenntnisse**:

- Einige Jahre Erfahrung im Warengruppenmanagement Marketing und HR Services, sowie Professional Services von SAP Ariba und SAP BI oder vergleichbarer Software
- Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher (mündlich und schriftlich)
- Teamorientierte, gewinnende Persönlichkeit mit rascher Auffassungsgabe, und schnellem Anpassen an vorgegebene Prozesse
- Unternehmerisches Denken und hoher Grad an Professionalität mit konstruktiver Kickstarter-Mentalität
- Verhandlungsgeschick und der Fähigkeit zu erfolgreichem Stakeholder Management auf Level Senior Management
- Bereitschaft für Tätigkeiten im operativen Einkaufsumfeld
