For our Swiss Entity in Dagmersellen, we are looking for a motivated, team-oriented and proactive individual for the permanent position as:
**Customs & Excise Coordinator (M/F/d)**
**Your responsibilities**:
- Preparing import and export customs clearance (in-house customs clearance) of finished products & raw materials.
- Daily contact with customs authorities, forwarding agents, and customs agents.
- Responsible for Inward Processing Relief (obtaining and renewing permits & timely settlements).
- Control customs receipts and accounting instructions for customs amounts incurred. Responsible for forwarding these receipts to Finance.
- Create and monitor Purchasing Orders for JTI SA for factory organization.
**Your Profile, Qualifications and Experience**:
We are looking for an open-minded, proactive, structured and reliable team player who has
as a MUST HAVE
- Commercial apprenticeship
- Very good command of English
- Fluency in German ( for communication with customs authorities)
- Strong organizational skills
- Good MS Office & SAP skills
as a NICE TO HAVE
- French skills
- Experience in SOX controls
- Experience with declaration tools. SISA etc.
- Degree in export/ customs (Exportfachmann) or similar
