We are looking for a motivated, Accountant with a keen interest in Group financial consolidation and management reporting with an understanding of accounting and related management reporting concepts.

**The main tasks and responsibilities include**:

- Assist in the coordination and preparation of the consolidation and management reporting function, reporting
- Assist in the review and preparation of the Glencore Group’s monthly consolidation processes in accordance with IFRS
- Assist in the preparation of the Glencore Group’s business unit’s monthly management reporting pack
- Assist in the implementation of new transactions into the consolidation system and the related business unit management packs
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of additional adhoc reports and requests, such as regulatory filings
- Assist in the implementation, compliance, and expansion of the internal control system

**Qualifications and requirements**:

- Formal education with focus in accounting
- **Looking for an entry position,** 0-1-year work experience
- Eagerness to learn quickly
- Advanced English language ability, both written and spoken
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Eligible to work in Switzerland
- Is a dynamic, lateral thinking individual with a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn
- Interact well within a team environment, take initiative, and approach and resolve issues in a structured methodical manner
- Has a strong sense of responsibility, ownership and is attentive to detail
