**YOUR MISSION**:
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you'll work closely with marketing, sales and, customer success, to enable them and achieve our revenue targets.

**Some of your responsibilities include**:

- Manage and optimize the sales operations process, from lead generation to customer acquisition and onboarding
- Partner with Head of Sales to strategize, operationalize, and analyze the impact of busines initiatives
- Collaborating with Marketing, analysing and optimising inbound leads coming from various channels (Google Ads, Intercom, Linkedin).
- Manage dashboards and build revenue forecasts so teams can easily understand business health and meet goals
- Oversee CRM set-up, systems and data administration and continuously improve data quality through analysis & reporting

**‍Our expectations from you**
- First experience in sales operations or a related field including familiarity with sales and marketing tools - **Hubspot experience is a must**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on using data and analytics to improve performance
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team
- A desire to learn and grow in the revenue operations field, and a willingness to continuously improve and develop skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- **Fluency in English is a requirement**, German and/or French is a plus
